             New York Power Authority, White Plains, NY – Project Planner & Scheduler – July 2011 to May 2012

·          Monitored on a daily basis NYPA’s engineering workload and responded to daily work order request from WPO Lead engineers where MRM numbers are assigned to job request and to  track and analyze project cost estimates versus actual.

·          Used Maximo 7.0 to help with all aspects of maintenance operations, including equipment history, scheduling, preventive maintenance, work orders, labor and expense tracking, procurement, and reporting.

·          Utilized Primavera P7 to create project Portfolio for the WPO-Engineering Group where milestones, activities and deliverables were identified for each ongoing projects to aid management to address cost estimates and schedules for recurring and non recurring project planning, budgeting and execution issues related to the operations and maintenance and /or replacement and upgrade of the Authority’s Assets.

·          Developed a scheduling program with MS Project for Tyco Telecommunication to aid with long-range planning and resource allocations for the Marine Services Division in Morristown, New Jersey. ·          Monitored customer demands from thirty to sixty days out and developed MPS to plan, control and execute sales orders.

·          Managed day-to-day operation’s activities of the organization’s planning group and assigned tasks as needed to other production planners to support other processes within the company. Other tasks were to develop monthly production forecasts and to create the MPS or Master Production Schedule which was utilized by all stakeholders.

      Master Scheduler Mgr.- December 2005 – June 2006

·          Directed all aspects of the company’s operations, which included the purchase of raw materials and finished goods components. Other tasks were to develop the master production schedule, monitored plant capacity and scheduling of Production. Utilized company’s SAP System to plan for production, created Bill of Materials, created work orders for production and issued purchase orders to vendors and tracked availability of raw materials throughout the supply chain.

           

      Manufacturing Manager – December 2002-June 2005

·          Responsible for the production schedule, which included, but not limited to setting work schedules, equipment and hiring employees to meet production needs; Developed training schedules for new employees and evaluated the performance of workers.

·          Provided scheduling which also included placing employees in appropriate positions to increase productivity and to maintain records for employees in the company such as attendance and performance evaluations.

·          Monitored the department budget to ensure that resources were allocated properly; and prepared reports for upper management on safety and productivity issues.

   

    Wyeth Ayers Pharmaceuticals - Planner – January 2000 – December 2002 (Full-Time) - Marietta, PA-

·          Provided direct daily supervision to an average of twenty-five to fifty biological service operators and manufacturing technicians and departmental record reviewer.

·          Utilized "Maximo" and "IsoTrain" to run production activities and to issue travelers for production and work order request for equipment repairs, order services, calibrations.

·          Wrote SOP's and initiated MIR as needed to correct and prevent manufacturing mistakes from reoccurring and worked closely with QA lead to Investigate root causes of MIR.

·          Performed accounting activities for Haitian Ministry of Finance & Economics at their Treasury Department. Assignments were to monitor and manage regional and cities taxes and reconciled findings with their central bank.
